This committee is responsible for the followings:

• Responsible for attraction of future practitioners into the HR fold.
• Visit to schools, educational institutions for enlightenment about the HR profession, CIPM Chapter and CIPM.
• Organise seminars, career & guidance counselling and motivational sessions for students and young prospective practitioners.
• Responsible for linking-up prospective practitioners with mentors and/or mentoring organizations.
• Facilitate internships and training opportunities within HR departments for students interested in the profession.
• Submit monthly reports of the committee to the executive.
