This Committee is responsible for the followings:

• Responsible for attraction, first-timers’/prospective members induction and on-boarding of new members.
• Design and execute innovative strategies to retain existing members and bring back old and non-active members.
• Responsible for the management of organized mentoring among members.
• Ensure and monitor productive engagement of members in committees of the association.
• Carry out membership engagement and satisfaction surveys and produce appropriate resultant reports.
• Organise system by which the CIPM Chapter recognises, appreciates and participate in members’ ceremonies and milestone events.
• Devise, recommend and manage reward systems for membership contributions to the CIPM Chapter.
• Submit monthly reports of the committee to the executive.
