This Committee is responsible for the followings:

• Recommend annual programmes for the CIPM Chapter.
• Responsible for planning CIPM Chapter meetings and general gatherings.
• Responsible for getting HR Clinic facilitators.
• Organize industrial visits within the zone by the association.
• Ensure adequate entertainment of members during meetings.
• Manage events planning, administration and execution.
• Source for alternative venue for CIPM Chapter meetings.
• Submit monthly reports of the committee to the executive.
